Cinema at Jamuna Future Park opens through Mrittika Maya

Utsab Theatre that houses seven cinemas at the Jamuna Future Park, was inaugurated through screening of Gazi Rakayet’s film Mrittika Maya on Saturday.
All of the seven cinemas of the Jamuna Future Park, one of the top three shopping malls of its kind in the world, will be opened for public Friday, said the organisers at the red carpet show of Mrittika Maya.
The film features the tragic life of an aged potter named Khirmohan, who struggles to contain with his profession as two of his sons switch to other professions. Another young potter named Baishakh, who develops a relation with Khirmohan’s grand daughter, however expresses his determination to keep the village of the potters’ as it is. 
Mamunur Rashid, Pijush Bandyopadhyay, Raisul Islam Asad, Wahida Mallick Jolly and others have performed in the film.
Jamuna Group’s chairman Nurul Islam, Impress Telefilm’s managing director Faridur Reza Sagar, Jamuna Group’s director Monika Naznin Islam, film director Gazi Rakayet, among others delivered speeches at the red carpet programme.
The organisers further said that the Cinema A of the Utsab Theatre will screen only Impress Telefilm produced movies throughout the year.
