A must read

This real life struggle of Dr Kabir, MBBS and an assistant superintendent of police in the Police Hospital, published in Joven on July 1, should be a must read for all serious students under financially strained circumstances. Here is a man whose merit and determination enabled him to overcome all odds that came his way, to achieve success in life. He must have made his parents really proud. In my view, he needs to be nationally recognised.
On this, I would earnestly request all our dailies, as well as the audio-visual media, to present him live on radio and television, which will be a shining example to many needy good students who can take heart from his endeavour that has led him to success. It will also be an eye opener to many people who come to learn about this illustrious son of the soil.
