BNP-Jamaat alliance conspires to hamper trial of war criminals: Tuku

The state minister for home affairs, Shamsul Haque Tuku, has said BNP-Jamaat alliance is conspiring to hamper the trial process of war criminals, who committed crimes against humanity in 1971.
They (BNP-Jamaat) are creating anarchy in the name of issueless hartal aiming to halt trial of war criminals, he told a function of local unit of Awami League at Sathiya upazila of Pabna Friday.
Tuku said the present government would resist any attempt to foil trial process of war criminals.
He urged the countrymen to wage movement against the evil forces who are plotting to destabilize democratic process of the country.
