ISI money to BNP leader

An observant voter, Dhaka, Bangladesh

THIS relates to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party asking for proof of the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence’s giving money to its leader. The matter has come up in an ongoing judicial inquiry in Pakistan. It was published the Pakistani dailies and most dailies in Bangladesh have also reported on the issue in past few days. So, the matter may not be totally baseless.
If the BNP leader is guilt-free, she should take up the matter judicially. Since it involves trans-national issues, why does she not sue the ISI in the International Court of law? That will be legal and logical, instead of just making hue and cry about it. Why does the BNP leadership not take up this matter in the proper legal and logical way? Or is the BNP incapable and not fully sure of the matter themselves. It will remain a popular barb against them come next general election.
