Burglars looted a house at Manirampur upazila in Jessore drugging all its seven
occupants  unconscious early  Saturday.
The victims were admitted to Jessore Medical College Hospital.
The victims are Kamal Hossain, his wife Jyotsna Ara Khatun, his mother Jabeda Khatun, daughter Salma Khatun and their relatives Rizia, Abu Sayeed and Sabina.
Police said neighbours found them unconscious at their house Saturday morning and took them to the hospital.
The robbers made
off with Tk 20,000 in
cash, gold ornaments and other valuables, police
said.
Police suspected that they were drugged with sedatives.
