Infocom Tech Bangladesh launched

A three-day telecommunications and information technology exhibition was launched in the capital on Tuesday.
The InfoCom Tech Bangladesh 2012 was organised by the I-station Limited in Bangabandhu International Conference Centre with technical supports of BE Exposition of India.
Bangladesh Open Source Network general secretary Munir Hassan presided over by the inaugural session while Bangladesh Association of Call Centres and Outsourcing president Ahmadul Hoq and Bankers’ CTO Forum president Tapan Kanti Sarkar and Internet Service Providers’ Association of Bangladesh president Atauzzaman Noor as the special guests attend the programme.
I-station Limited executive director Sufi Faruq Ibne Abubakar; also the fair organising committee convener moderated the session.
The Bangladesh Computer Council, the Internet Service Providers’ Association of Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Association of Call Centres and Outsourcing, the Bankers CTO Forum and Bangladesh Open Source Network, the Bangladesh ICT Journalist Forum, among others, are assisting in holding the event, the organisers added.
