Budget to have tourism fund for first time

For the first time in the country’s history, the upcoming budget for 2009-10 fiscal scheduled to be announced on June 11 is going to have a fund for the promotion and development of tourism. ‘There will be a fund for tourism in the budget for the first time since independence. BRTC to purchase 400 more CNG-run modern buses

The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation authorities will purchase 400 more CNG-run modern buses at a cost of Tk 2.60 crore for easy communication of commuters across the country.
