Noted theatre personality Ferdousi Majumdar will inaugurate the show, produced by Natyadhara.
The play, based on the myth of the Ramayana, has been written and directed by Alok Basu and Debashish Ghosh respectively.
Kiriti Ranjan Biswas will work for set designing, Thandu Raihan for lighting, Shila for costume and Litu Sakhawat for music. Saju Ahmed and Litu Sakhawat will jointly work for choreography.

The playwright Alok Basu said that the subject of the play, though taken from the Uttarkanda of the Ramayana, would be related to the ongoing incidents of the present days.
‘The audience will find similarities between the characters of the Ramayana and the people of the present days, who are now in power,’ Basu added.
According to the playwright, he was inspired to write the play after seeing a folk performance of Ramayana.
‘I have tried to give a different interpretation of the incidents described in the epic,’ Basu continued, ‘I have tried to present Sita, the female heroine of the epic, as an icon of women rights.’
The theatre group started rehearsal of the play in April and held the technical show in last September.
